USE:
The edible grade CMC has muti-functions of thickening, emulsifying, shape holding, expanding and stabilizing, which can be used instead of gelatin, agar and sodium alginate. It can not only lower the production cost but also improve the food quality, edibility, health-protecting, freshness-preservation and prolong the preserving period. It is one of necessary food aditives in food industry.
