Melamine Polyphosphate 【 MPP 】

【 Use 】

Mainly used in polyamide and PBT, especially PA6, PA66, glass fiber-reinforced PA6, PA66. Nylon containing FR-NP can be used in all kind of injection and extrusion process and meet all kind of processing demands of polyamide, glass fiber polyamide.

【 Feature 】
1.halogen-free and low poison, meet European Environmental Protection requirements;
2.easy process, no need special screws combination and special specification glass fibre;
3.different from general halogen retardant, no corrosion damage to equipment and mould;
4.good heat stability, decomposition temperature=330°C, suitable for glass fiber-reinforced nylon;
5.flame retarded products containing FR-NP can be made to various color.

P Content :                      15.0 +/- 1.0% min.

Moisture Content :                0.2% max.

Decomposition Temperature :      330 Deg C min.

Average Particle Size :            5 microns max.

【 Applicant 】

Polypropylene and polyethylene, especially used as dehydrate carbon catalyst and
foaming agent, cotton, fibers and resins.

In 25kgs net kraft paper bags, 1 pallet = 800kgs.
